My AI Paradigm

Rethink from first principles how everything is done. Build for value today while designing to be antifragile to technological development. Optimize for proper architecture decisions that allow consistent replacement of tools and workflows.

A new expertise has emerged for AI implementation — understanding the landscape, how people work and think with AI, and how to architect solutions that unlock their expertise.

Rethinking Domain Expertise

The AI Implementation Specialist requires a different type of expertise — not deep domain knowledge, but the ability to understand the AI landscape, how people work and think with AI, and how to architect solutions that unlock domain experts' capabilities.

When performing workforce evolution, the AI specialist doesn't need domain expertise in what they're working on. The agentic systems they build become the translation layer to accommodate communication between all parties involved. They won't be able to do the job of a Statistician or Scientist, but they can easily understand what they do — and often benefit from asking questions that someone with expertise would not question.

Redefining the Innovation Role

The old model of innovation management is obsolete. In the AI era, effectiveness comes from the ability to lead through product development — combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Modern innovation moves too quickly for theory or translation layers. Leaders must be able to create rapid prototypes, validate assumptions, and move ideas forward faster than traditional innovation processes allow.
